Ice Cube is angry and raw as a dirty needle. I know it's only January 2nd, but he may have dropped the rap line of the year in this video with, "Choke a eagle just to feed my people." Real talk? Man, I don't even know.

This video is great, and Cube is dropping wisdom all over the place: "If I shoot up your college, ain't nothin' to it, gangsta rap made me do it." This song is littered with knowledge. Awesome.

I'm usually hit or miss on Ice Cube. I loved his old shit, from Death Certificate to Lethal Injection and Amerikkka's Most Wanted--they were all on major rotation in my four door Pontiac, but it seemed like since 2000 Cube fell off a bit. I'm praying that this is a signal he's returning to form. Loving the politics, the vitriol, and the lovely question-authority intro. A classic.
